What overload looks like

Nobody collapses. That's the problem.

Overload rarely announces itself. Mostly it looks like a competent person slowly losing the thread—of their attention, their evenings, their relationships—while still showing up to everything on time.

01

Your body stops. Your head keeps going.

The workday ends at six. The conversation from two o’clock ends around midnight.

02

Your phone stopped being a break.

You open it to switch off. You close it more scattered than when you started.

03

Small decisions got weirdly heavy.

Picking what to eat now competes with everything else still open in your head.

04

The day stops feeling like yours.

You spend it responding to whatever arrives next, and go to bed unsure what you chose.

The person behind this

I'm not a psychologist. I'm the guy who needed this.

I spent three years working in residential care. The hard part was not only the shift—it was the two hours after, when my body was home and my head was still at work.

Learning to put the day down took me years, because it was never going to happen by itself. These workbooks are the practical pages I wish I had then.

How the workbooks are built

Control isn't doing everything.
It's picking what happens next.

01

Notice

See it without turning it into evidence against yourself.

Name what’s eating your attention. That’s it. No verdict, no plan yet.

02

Reduce

Take something off before you add anything.

Clear enough room to make one decision on purpose, instead of reacting to whatever’s loudest.

03

Rebuild

Small enough to survive a bad week.

Systems that still work when motivation is nowhere to be found—because that’s most weeks.

You just need enough room to make the next decision on purpose.
